Pitch Akura
Tell us about the opportunity you are trying to understand or the turning point the company has reached.
You may have an idea that needs to be validated, a product looking for its first real market or an existing company whose opportunity has grown beyond its current plan.
You do not need to make the company sound inevitable. Tell us what you have noticed, what you currently know and where uncertainty is causing delay.
What to send
- 1Company name, website if one exists, sector and location
- 2Your name, role, preferred contact details and the experience or access that gives you a particular understanding of the problem
- 3Describe the idea, product, customers, revenue, research or other evidence you have today. An idea-stage company is welcome. Be clear about what is known and what remains an assumption
- 4Explain what has changed. This might be a market shift, a repeated customer problem, an unexpected use of the product, early demand, a new technical possibility or a constraint that the existing company can no longer carry
- 5Tell us what you believe the opportunity could become and why it deserves to be pursued
- 6Explain where uncertainty, limited capacity or missing experience is slowing the company down and where you believe Akura could materially contribute
- 7Include a deck, product link, research, financial information or another document where it genuinely helps us understand the opportunity
What happens next.
Akura works closely with a small number of companies, so we proceed only when we believe our involvement could materially improve the outcome.
We read every pitch sent to the Akura address.
We reply when we see a credible opportunity and a genuine possibility of alignment.
The first conversation is about what exists, what has changed and which uncertainty the company needs to resolve. It is not a sales call built around selecting a package.
Where there is a fit, we discuss what Akura could take responsibility for and which form of relationship the work requires.
